She returns to the arena of women’s health advocacy after working for several years in the philanthropic sector. Brandee Evans is an actress, professional dancer and choreographer from Memphis, TN. A former National Champion dancer for the University of Memphis, Evans went on to dance three seasons for the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies team. Under the direction of Magic Johnson, Brandee directed and choreographed the WNBA LA Sparks Spakids dancers for the 2015 and championship winning 2016 season.
Dr. Valencia Walker is an Associate Clinical Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine UCLA. She is practicing neonatologist with research interests focused on addressing health disparities and the optimizing maternal-child health for local and international communities. As the Medical Director of UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center Newborn Nursery, Dr. Walker works as the physician champion for several projects designed to improve outcomes for the mother-infant dyad.
